That one single root can do all these wonderful things has me totally astounded. We could probably toss away all of our prescriptions and just replace them with doses of this. Unfortunately, the quality of our food sources have decreased. Modern life has taken us away from the victory garden in the back yard. And taken us away from preparing meals from natural products.
