Easy Writing Style

Adopting your own Easy Writing Style while doing online marketing makes it a lot more fun. If you find modifying pages difficult, perhaps you are just going about it the wrong way. Your own style can be just as effective. I hear so many people say writing is hard. Or I am not creative. Or some other similar excuse. We all are creative and unique but in our own way.

Easy Writing Style

I found it just as difficult when I first started until one day I stepped away from trying to be like someone else. Trying to modify pages in words like someone else’s. True, they do show us the qualities of marketing that we need to learn, but we can do it in our own style. My page writing became easier when I started to use the data in those pages to write my own pages, in my own style as if I was talking to a friend.

Be Unique

We are all unique individuals. When we speak, we all use our own style and vocabulary. And so, when writing, we should do the same. Try to talk or speak on your pages. When you feel free to do this, you will find the writing becomes much easier and more fun.

Think of each product page as being your opportunity to tell your friends and others about the merits of the product, but do it in your own language and style. As marketers, we do have to keep certain things in mind. Our product pages have a purpose. Tell about the attributes of the product. Make the reader want the product. And then, lead them to the product through our affiliate link. If possible, tell a story about how the product has helped you.

Emotions

Our pages need to speak to the reader’s emotions. Advertisers talk about the four major ones – greed, vanity, exclusivity, and fear. Greed is about money so value for money or money savings is a key. Vanity is about everyone wanting to look and feel their best, or have or own the best. Exclusivity is about people not wanting to be excluded. About them wanting to fit in, to be part of the crowd. And fear in the sense of marketing leans toward the exclusivity. People do not want to miss out on getting the product or saving money on it. The Fear of missing out.

Learning An Easy Writing Style

I just read J. A. Jance’s weekly blog. She has long been one of my favorite writers. I think I have read most of her books in three series – Beaumont, a cop in Seattle; Joanna Brady, a female sheriff in Bisbee, Az; and Ali Reynolds in Cottonwood, Az. Her blog was particularly of interest today because she was talking about writing and being a writer. She was citing a woman columnist who had recently died at 100+. That woman said that life’s experiences were essential to writing.

Regardless of one’s age, we all look at and experience things differently. As a young person writing about wrinkle cream may seem difficult, but you bring a young person’s perspective to it. Taking care of your skin when you are young to avoid the wrinkles of old age. Or wanting to help an older person with wrinkles to feel younger and better about themselves.

As a person who does not drink alcohol for whatever reason, we need to be able to relate to people who enjoy the qualities of Fine Wine. To be able to talk about the qualities of such wine. The exceptional ability to grow and distill the grapes into a FINE product.

When a new product is introduced, we will all react to it differently. Try to capture your feelings for it on your product marketing page. How do YOU feel about it? Why is it important to you (aside from bringing you a commission)? Don’t copy other people’s feelings and emotions. They will come across as false. Try to express your own. Honesty always speaks loudest.

About My Writing

I have always loved to write and have found a niche with my blogging that I do in conjunction with my online marketing. However, I have gone beyond the product marketing and added pages of my life memories. Throughout my life, people have told me “you should write a book about that”. And the idea of writing a book has always been on my mind until now.

Jance’s blog spoke about needing a lifetime of experiences to write a column or a book, but she concluded that a book – one of her novels – has to be 95,000 words long. I think I will stick to my blogs of one to three thousand words. I do have a curiosity though of what my total word count is with my 300+ pages. Guess I eventually can print all of them and call it a book.

Find Your Own Easy Writing Style

Our first task here at PBS is to modify our pages to “make them our own“. Our goal is to qualify for AdSense. We need to keep the structure of our site the same, but the content can and should be unique. The structure consists of having a Post page or pages, and multiple category and product pages. Having a menu, a search tool, and having a place for people to ask for more information and capture their IDs.

Beyond that, the actual menu items and menu names, can and should become unique. The titles of the category pages should stay the same but the product pages can have unique titles, pictures should be different and reflect your personality. And most important, your keywords should be unique to bring you the best SEO response.

BE HAPPY WITH YOUR WRITING AND I WISH YOU THE GREATEST SUCCESS!!
