Welcome to the awesome discoveries here on my blogging website. And welcome to the New Year 2026 I was a retired businesswoman before I found this amazing group of people. Now I am an online marketer. We are all motivated by an incredible online marketing program called PBS. That is short for Professional Blogging System. I’m not sure how many of us there are now, but weekly meetings sometimes have over 500 people attending. We attend virtually using Zoom. You could attend too.
Before I retired, I spent 35 years doing computer system analysis. If you do the math, you will realize that my career started way back at the beginning of the computer age. Some of my pages talk about those early days migrating companies from paper reports to online systems. My pages also outline my personal migration from coast to coast in the United States. I moved where I could find profitable work to support my child as a single mom. It’s been an exciting life and I am glad to bring some of it to you through my blogging pages.
This truly has been an exciting time for me. How can blogging be exciting, you may ask? Well with PBS it is because of all the unique, amazing, and useful products that we are constantly introduced to. These are things that you don’t see or hear about anywhere else. What are the Discoveries of Marketing using Blogging?
Marketing consists of bringing a product to the attention of the public. How is this done? In many, many ways like major industries do with TV and cell phone ads. Also by word of mouth, emails, local ads and text messages. As Rory likes to say, “nothing sells itself”. And while we don’t really “sell”, which implies having an inventory, taking orders, and shipping merchandise, we do market these wonderful products and make money doing it. See his Free book offer.

In addition to products, if you have an interest, there are some biographic pages about my life. This is truly a blogging site with a great variety of topics. My move across the country three times is shown with the routes. My 35 years in the computer industry is here too with all the advancements I have seen. My memories go back as far as the bombing of Pearl Harbor. I was only seven, but I still remember sitting in the living room with my parents listening to FDR on the radio. The memory still brings me chills.
