The other day I heard a doctor say that in order to get enough of a certain enzyme you would have to eat 20 pounds of grapes. I wonder how that translates to wine? How many pounds of grapes go into one bottle of wine? I will have to research that one. Wouldn’t want to run short of that enzyme just because I stopped after the first bottle.
